At UMCA Legal Services, we strive to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely services. This
Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are granted, the process to request
one, and timelines for processing. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of
payment. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained.

⚠️ Government fees (trademark filing fees, MCA fees, etc.) once paid to the concerned
department are non-refundable under any circumstance.
🔄 Refund Request Process

Submit Your Request
Email support@umcafoundation.com with subject "Refund Request – [Order ID]". Include your
name, phone number, order ID, and reason for refund.

Acknowledgement (within 24 hours)
Our team will acknowledge your request and assign a ticket number for tracking.

Review and Decision (within 3 working days)
We review the request against our policy. You may be asked for additional details or
documents.

Refund Processed (5–7 working days)
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source (card, UPI, bank account)
within 5–7 working days.
🏦 Refund Mode and Timeline
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 working days (bank processing time may vary).
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm): 2–3 working days.
- Net Banking: 5–7 working days.
- Wallets: Credited back to the same wallet within 2–3 working days.
UMCA Legal Services does not issue refunds in cash or cheque form. All refunds are
processed to the original payment source only.
🔁 Service Credits (Alternative to Refund)
In some cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer service credits
of equivalent value that can be used toward any future UMCA service. Credits are valid for
12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable and non-encashable.
